Then the real deal starts. Sticks, half-round wooden bridges and ropes appear. What on earth are we going to do here? Slightly insecure I walk to the signor. First we do the downward dog. Feet against the mirror. Hands on the floor. Butt high up. I hear some Italian. I don’t see much. My view is restricted to the little piece of floor between my thumbs.
